Yes. Subscriptions come with a 2-week initial commitment. After that, you can pause or cancel anytime directly through your online portal.
If you’d like to make changes to your subscription (such as meal quantity or plan type), you can either log into your account portal using the link provided in your signup email, or email us at Care@LivetEats.com and our team will be happy to assist.
Orders can be placed anytime up until the day before your selected delivery. We deliver fresh on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings, so as long as your order isn’t placed on the same day, you’ll be set for the next available delivery. You’re also welcome to schedule ahead and choose a future start date that fits your routine.
We deliver every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evening, typically between 6 PM and 11 PM. During higher volume evenings, deliveries may extend later as we complete all routes with care. You’ll receive a text notification as soon as your delivery arrives. Meals are delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain freshness. For best quality, we recommend refrigerating your meals as soon as possible after delivery, or first thing in the morning if your delivery arrives later in the evening. All deliveries are contactless, so a clear and safe drop-off area helps ensure a smooth experience.
